Albuquerque Restaurant Week will be dishing it up across the Duke City from Friday, April 17, through Sunday, April 26. 

The event, hosted by the New Mexico Restaurant Association, is anticipating over 25 participating restaurants. 

鈥淲hen they鈥檙e making these menus, we have asked them to make it a good value, so that people really want to go out, not just once, not just twice, but maybe three or four times during the week,鈥� Carol Wight, the CEO of the New Mexico Restaurant Association, said. 

White said restaurants were encouraged to include three courses in the prix fixe menus, with some offering per couple deals.  

White said the association did not want customers to spend their entire budget on a few meals. The goal of Restaurant Week is to give diners the chance to discover new places or to revisit longtime favorites. 

鈥淢y mouth waters every time I see these menus,鈥� Wight said.

Under new leadership, Albuquerque Restaurant Week returned in 2025 and Wight said that last year participating restaurants saw a 15% increase in walk-in customers. She said the goal is to help build up these restaurants over time. 

鈥淭he idea for Restaurant Week is really to showcase each restaurant,鈥� Wight said, noting that almost all the participating restaurants from 2025 are returning this year.
