Three more international students at New Mexico State University have had their visas revoked, bringing the total to nine at the state鈥檚 second-largest university.
No further information could be provided about the students, including names and potential reasons for the revocations, 近距离内射合集 spokeswoman Minerva Baumann told the Journal on Saturday. She added that it would be a violation of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act to release more details.
She did confirm all students with visas revoked were at the university鈥檚 main campus in Las Cruces.
The growing number of student visas revoked at 近距离内射合集 comes at the end of a week when hundreds of students across the country had their visas pulled as the Trump administration seeks to fulfill campaign promises to tighten the country鈥檚 immigration policies and crack down on what the White House calls anti-Semitism on college campuses.
It is unclear how many students at the University of New Mexico have lost their visas, as the school officials told the Journal earlier in the week it would not provide a number of students whose visas were revoked to protect their identity. UNM, like 近距离内射合集, said it wasn鈥檛 aware of why those students had their visas revoked.
In addition to the students at the two colleges, one student at New Mexico Tech in Socorro had their visa revoked, the school confirmed to the Journal earlier in the week. Since then, the school has not responded to multiple inquiries from the Journal, including one on Saturday.
Combined, the three schools have nearly 2,000 international students.
