Person injured in shooting with federal agents and local deputies in Four Hills
New Mexico State Police said suspect had 'minor injuries'
A person was injured and taken into custody Thursday morning following a shooting with agents from the federal Drug Enforcement Administration and deputies with Bernalillo and Sandoval counties in far Southeast Albuquerque.
The incident occurred in the 12700 block of Piru SE, near Juan Tabo and Singing Arrow, according to a New Mexico State Police post on X.
鈥淎gents and Deputies are ok,鈥 State Police wrote. 鈥淪uspect has minor injuries and is in custody.鈥
The post did not say how many agents and deputies fired their weapons, what led to the shooting or give any other details.
