State Fair tickets drop to $4 this holiday weekend
The flash sale on admission tickets runs Friday though Sunday
Dreaming of funnel cakes and Ferris wheels?
The New Mexico State Fair is offering discounted tickets over the Fourth of July weekend for a limited time. Fairgoers will be able to purchase admission tickets for $4, as opposed to the normal $20 for an adult ticket, starting July 3, with sales ending at 11:59 p.m. Sunday, July 5.
Tickets are limited to 10 per person and can be bought online at statefair.exponm.com.
In addition to general admission tickets, individuals can also purchase the New Mexico State Fair Mega Pass for $35, which includes admission to the fair and one unlimited ride wristband, good for any one day at the fair.
Tickets for the State Fair’s rodeo-concert lineup will also be available for purchase.
“What’s a better way to celebrate America’s birthday than by making the New Mexico State Fair accessible to all?” said General Manager Dan Mourning in a news release. “With today’s prices, we decided to have a Flash Sale so that everyone can enjoy the fair’s wide variety of attractions, including live music, livestock shows, cultural exhibits, and the famous New Mexican cuisine that makes the fair a can’t-miss event!”
The 2026 New Mexico State Fair is scheduled to run from Sept. 10-20, and will celebrate the 100th anniversary of Route 66.
