Enchantment falls short against defending TBT champs in Wichita
The makeshift UNM and NM State alumni squad lost 73-67 to the Aftershocks in Game 3, ending their run in the $2 million TBT tournament.

The Enchantment took the defending champs down to the wire, on their home court.
But the makeshift roster of UNM and NM State alumni players came up just short in a 73-67 loss to the Aftershocks, a Wichita State alumni team, on Friday night in Koch Arena, home of the Wichita State Shockers.
The home team Aftershocks won the best of three series 2-1 and advances to the single-elimination semifinals of the Alumni Bracket of the $2 million, winner-take-all TBT tournament. Of the eight teams in the Alumni side of the bracket, The Enchantment was the only team TBT organizers did not schedule to play a home game. In the other three alumni series, home teams went 6-2.
With only seven players available, former Lobo KJ Jenkins scored 15 points and had four assists and former Aggie Jemel Jones had 15 points for Enchantment.
The Aftershocks were led by 23 points from non-Wichita State alumni Marcus Keene, who played at Central Michigan in college but was the hero for the Aftershocks a year ago, hitting the TBT-clinching shot for the then $1 million payout.
The Aftershocks play a Kansas alumni team Monday in the now-single elimination Alumi semifinals. The other Alumni Bracket semi pits a team of Syracuse alumni vs. Kentucky alumni. The Alumni Bracket winners will host a team from the eight-team tournament of randomly compiled teams being played in Las Vegas, Nevada.
