Popejoy announces 2026-27 Ovation Series — Find out which shows will take the stage

Popejoy Hall has announced its 2026-27 Popejoy Presents Ovation Series, a collection of 19 shows spanning theater, music, dance and more. Shows in the upcoming series include Jim Henson’s “Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock LIVE,” “A Christmas Carol” and “RENT In Concert.”

“Every audience member connects with live performance in a different way,” Fabianna Tabeling, Popejoy director, said in an email.

“The Ovation Series celebrates that by giving patrons the freedom to choose the performances they love and create a season filled with discovery, excitement and unforgettable moments.”

New this year, audiences can select a minimum of two shows to subscribe, then add as many additional performances as they like. Also new, the Ovation Series will be separate from the Broadway in New Mexico Series.

Ovation Series subscriptions will go on sale 10 a.m. Monday, April 27. Nonsubscribers can purchase tickets as shows become available.
