Fatal shooting under investigation in International District
A nearby crash may be related to the shooting

Albuquerque police are investigating a fatal shooting that occured Wednesday morning in the International District.
Officers were dispatched around 9:30 a.m. to the area of Decatur and Tennessee SE after receiving reports of a shooting, according to a Wednesday news release from Albuquerque Police Department spokesperson Gilbert Gallegos.
After the shooting, police were dispatched to a crash with injuries near Utah and Central SE, he said.
鈥淭he crash may be related to the shooting,鈥� Gallegos said. 鈥淥fficers are still investigating.鈥�
