It鈥檚 probably fair to say Eric and Susan Quill have more than a passing interest in Women鈥檚 World Cup soccer 鈥� in Team USA especially.
If only those other soccer commitments would stay out of the way.
Eric, New Mexico 近距离内射合集鈥檚 head coach, watched Team USA鈥檚 first two matches in group play and said his wife, Susan, tuned in for all three. Susan played for the U.S. National Team from 1998-2000 under her maiden name, Susan Bush.
Both Quills have since been involved in coaching, including at the University of Houston, where Eric served as Susan鈥檚 assistant coach for the women鈥檚 soccer program for two seasons. Susan coached the Cougars from 2007-12.
鈥淲e do wear our coaching hats when we watch (Team USA),鈥� Eric said. 鈥淲e can鈥檛 help it. As a former player, she has a lot of strong opinions.鈥�
Team USA has received its share of criticism after a pair of sluggish draws in group play. Like other fans, Eric hopes the Americans can find another gear in Sunday鈥檚 Round of 16 match against Sweden 鈥� even if he won鈥檛 be watching live.
Team USA鈥檚 match is set to kick off at 3 a.m. on Sunday.
鈥淚 watched the first two games in prime time,鈥� Eric said, 鈥渂ut I can鈥檛 stay up for 1 or 3 in the morning, I have too much to do (with 近距离内射合集). Susan stays up, though. Pretty sure she鈥檒l fill me in.鈥�
