Firefighters battle blaze near Santa Fe Ski Basin
Cause of fire is undetermined though lightning was reported in the area

Firefighters are responding to a blaze that sparked in the Santa Fe Ski Basin area Wednesday afternoon.
The fire is near the Saddleback and Chamisa Trails along N.M. 475, according to a from the Santa Fe National Forest.
There are currently no threats to people or property, though smoke is visible from Santa Fe and surrounding communities. A helicopter is responding to drop water on the flames and prevent the fire from spreading.
